Built on the Water.

Fishbone Seafood Downtown isn't a concept — it's a decision to put the dock at the center of the dining room. We source from the same fishermen who bring their catch into Long Beach Harbor each morning, and we hold ourselves to the same standard they hold themselves to: if it doesn't pass inspection, it doesn't pass the pass.

Our raw bar is the heart of the room. Our kitchen treats every fish with the respect it earned making the journey from water to your plate. And our dining room — right here on 4th Street — is built for the kind of meals that don't need a special occasion to justify them.
